Shipping Policy

We want to make your shopping experience as simple as possible, so our shipping methods and policies have been designed to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Please make sure you enter your shipping address correctly as once it has been received, and your product is dispatched we cannot alter the address, and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate for us to resend. 

Please note that we endeavour to ship your goods within 24 hours of receiving your order. We do not ship on weekends or on public holidays, so any orders placed on a Friday afternoon/Saturday/Sunday will go out the following Monday.

Once your items have been shipped, they become your property and responsibility. If a product arrives damaged, or is misplaced, it is your responsibility to liaise with the shipping agent responsible. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit. We will however provide you with all the necessary information to make your claim.

SHIPPING TO NEW ZEALAND

  • FREE SHIPPING on all NZ orders over $150. To qualify for free shipping, you must spend $150 or more in a single transaction after discounts are applied.
  • Orders under $150 are charged at a flat rate of $7.50
  • For New Zealand, please allow 2-7 working days for delivery on stocked items.

SHIPPING TO AUSTRALIA

  • FREE SHIPPING on all Australian orders over $150. To qualify for free shipping, you must spend $150 or more in a single transaction after discounts are applied. 
  • Orders under $150 are charged at a flat rate of NZD $15
  • All orders to Australia are sent via tracked shipping, please allow 5-10 working days for delivery on stocked items.

INTERNATIONAL

  • For international orders, please allow 7-21 business days for delivery on stocked items. Certain destinations may take longer.
  • For most countries we can provide tracking numbers upon request. But there are certain countries that we are unable to receive tracking numbers for.
  • At checkout, if you are advised that there is no postage option for your country, please contact us for a quote via hello@phoenixandhefox.com 

If you are purchasing from outside of New Zealand, you may be charged customs taxes and duties. These duties and taxes are not included in the price of the goods and are not included in the overall shipping cost. Phoenix and the Fox is not responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made.
